Top 5 Things Every Parent Should Know

1. Lock-In (November 5th): You will need to drop off your student @ HFN @ 7:15pm this Friday night. We will return to HFN Saturday morning around 7am.

2. Enchilada Production (November 19-20): We need parents to help us set up for the enchilada production on Friday night. Then all students will come to HFN @ 8am on Saturday to help make the enchilada's. This is a requirement if you sold enchilada's and want your portion of the funds.

3. Mission's Monthly (November 13th): Our mission monthly will be the morning of Saturday, November 13th. Please have your student meet @ HFN @ 9am. We will return @ 12noon at the latest.

4. 2011 Auction Meeting (November 21): We will hold a short informative meeting for the annual March 2011 auction. Come receive important information about this wonderful fundraiser.  

5. NYC 2011: If you are registered for NYC 2011 you need to be looking for the email confirmation you received. When you receive it, you need to email me your confirmation. It is important that you go on and pay at least a $150 during the time of registration. $450 will be due by Dec. 3

2. Back To School Bash: Friday, August 13 we will be having a Back To School Bash @ HFN. It begins @ 6pm and will end Saturday mornng @ 9am. Students are to bring sleeping bags and anything for overnight they may need. We will be camping out "inside" so if anyone has tents, please bring them. We will have a service together as a group, play games, eat food, and have a fun time before school starts.

3. Parent Information Meeting: Next Sunday, August 8, we will have a parent information meeting immediately following the 10:45am service. We will talk about the upcoming years calendar, spiritual goals, theme for the year, expectations of parents and students, and answer any questions parents may have.

4. L.I.F.E: Life is what we will be calling our Wednesday nights from now on. Many positive enhancements to our Wednesdays will be implemented so we can move forward as a student ministry. LIFE begins August 18 from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

Zack's Top 6 Things Every Parent Should Know

1. TERRIFIC THURSDAY'S

Every Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm we will be having something for the students to do together. This is just a fun time to get together with those who are in town to build relationships and have fun. 2. MIDWEEK

Every Wednesday we will be meeting together from 6:30-8:30pm for a time to reflect on God's Word for our lives. This summer's theme is "Crazy Love" and we will be looking at what it means accept and live out God's Crazy love for us. Join us each Wednesday night!

3. NYI Convention (June 21)

Those selected on the NYI leadership team will be going to Wichita for our Annual NYI Convention @ Wichita First June 21 @ 2pm. We will leave the church @ 12 noon and return that evening.
